En este documental llegamos a conocer de cerca a las vacas, encontramos a un gaucho en pleno pastoreo, vemos el matadero, conocemos un joven carnicero y oímos a un alto consumidor para aprender cuan importante es la industria de la carne para la vida en Argentina.
